Under warranty

The after-sales service of the product belongs to the manufacturing and installation quality of the company during the specified warranty period. The company is responsible for free maintenance or replacement.

One year after delivery

Our company provides free maintenance time for one year after delivery. During this period, our company is responsible for solving problems due to equipment quality. The maintenance costs incurred and the replacement costs of unqualified parts are borne by our company.


After the goods are delivered for use, our company will track the products. If there is a quality problem with the product, we will work in the shortest time after receiving any form of notice from the user, depending on the specific situation, in order to meet the user’s requirements.


Due to the product damage caused by improper use of the customer, the marketing staff of the company signs a maintenance contract with the customer. According to the maintenance contract, the technical maintenance team is responsible for completing the maintenance task as scheduled.


In addition to the after-sales service during the warranty period, the company is also responsible for the equipment maintenance work after the warranty period, but the after-sales service costs are borne by the purchaser.

Q4: Can you provide DIY/OEM/ODM service?

A: Yes, please advise the CPU, memory, SSD or HDD, WIFI, interface ports and OS, the package box and housing(outer shell)as you wish, prices will be varied according to the quantity and specification.

Q5: Can I have my logo printed on the computers?

A: Sure, MOQ is 100 pieces, or surcharge is required for less quantity.

Q6: What Operating System is installed before delivery?

A: Our computers support all kinds of main operating systems. Most buyers prefer Windows and Linux. Unactivated Windows 7 for testing is pre-installed.

Q7: How long is the lead time?

A: General speaking, 1-3 days for samples, 15 working days for bulk order.

Q8: What’s your payment term?

A: We offer EXW & FOB price and accept T/T, L/C, Paypal & . For bulk order by T/T and L/C, 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before delivery. For OEM or ODM order, 50% deposit is required.

Q9: Can you arrange the shipment? Since it’s my first time to buy from China.

A: Yes, for small order, DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS will be OK. Sea or air freight is also applicable for bulk order according to your requirement.
